Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods and secure checkout.

At Christina Entiil, we want checkout to be simple, fast and completely secure. This page explains the payment methods we accept, how your payment is protected, and what to do if you run into a problem.

Accepted payment methods

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Major debit cards displaying the above networks
  • Popular digital wallets offered at checkout (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, where supported)

Currency

All prices on our website are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued outside the United States, your bank may apply a currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fee; any such fees are set by your bank and are outside our control.

Secure & encrypted checkout

Every transaction on our site is protected with industry-standard SSL encryption and processed through trusted, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. Your payment information travels securely and is handled directly by our payment processor. Christina Entiil does not collect, see or store your full card number, security code or banking details on our own servers.

When you are charged

Your selected payment method is charged at the time you place your order, so we can begin processing it right away. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund for that item.

Billing information

Please make sure your billing name and address match the details on file with your card issuer. Mismatched billing information is a common reason for declined payments. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and account information for every purchase.

If your payment is declined

  • Double-check your card number, expiry date and security code.
  • Confirm your billing address matches your card statement.
  • Make sure your card has sufficient available funds and is enabled for online purchases.
  • Try a different card or payment method.
  • If the problem continues, contact your bank or card issuer — they can often tell you why a charge was blocked.

Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, we may review orders for signs of fraud and reserve the right to cancel or request additional verification for any order that appears suspicious. In such cases we will contact you using the email or details provided at checkout.
